Feriendorf Oberreit

A cottage is 76.44 m² in size and built in natural wooden construction. The house is furnished with solid wood furniture in country style. Thus, they offer pleasant and cozy living. Our cottage is a non-smoking house and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living-kitchen area, a storage room and a large veranda. The kitchen is "fully equipped" (see equipment), in the living area there is a 50" flat screen TV and a room safe. Free WLAN is of course available. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs as well as dish towels are part of the basic equipment. The veranda is lockable, the storage room is equipped with a ski boot warmer. There are enough parking spaces available. The vacation village Oberreit is located, on the city limits of Zell am See, in the middle of the ski areas Zell am See, Schmittenhöhe and Kaprun - Kitzsteinhorn as well as Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. The lifts can be reached by ski bus or by car in 10 minutes. An excellently prepared network of cross-country ski trails as well as toboggan runs complete the winter offer. But our region has a lot to offer not only in winter - in the immediate vicinity of our vacation village you can expect wonderful hiking trails and bike routes. At our houses you are directly connected to the bike path network. Lake Zell (swimming, boating, fishing, surfing, sailing,..) can be reached within a few minutes walk. The vacation village is specialized in dogs, there is a 10.000m2 free running area with agility available. Lake Zell (dogs are allowed to swim in the lake) is only 10 minutes walk away. We prepare the house with welcome treats, dog bed, food and water bowl, hand and dry towels and poop bags. For petsitting or dog training our partners are available. Furthermore, a children's playground is available, in the vacation village there is a small store with goods of daily needs. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site.
