The "Bergnest - die Frühstückspension" is an exclusive, well-kept and cozy house with 13 rooms in the middle of the Katschberg/Aineck ski area. Skiing holidays without a car, lift access directly from the pension, in-house ski school & ski rental. Since spring 2019, the Bergnest - the bed and breakfast has been part of the Speckalm apartment house and is owned by the Otto Grossegger family. We look forward to welcoming and pampering you on the Katschberg. The Katschberg is located on the state border between Carinthia and Salzburg, at the gateway to the Carinthian Nockberge and Hohe Tauern national parks, at an altitude of 1640 m. The winter experience on the Katschberg is diverse. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the resort also offers cross-country and skating trails, winter hiking trails and horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoe hikes and ski touring routes, freeride slopes and ice skating rinks, illuminated toboggan and curling rinks and night skiing!
