The “Bernsteinsee Hotel & Ferien” is located in the southern Lüneburg Heath between Wolfsburg and Hanover. Surrounded by nature, this modern 3-star hotel overlooks Lake Amber and a wide, sandy beach. You will find many leisure and sports opportunities directly at Bernsteinsee. These include water skiing and wakeboarding facilities, an indoor karting track, archery, cycling, hiking and jogging, a large adventure playground and beach volleyball (seasonal and weather permitting). Our reception is open Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat-Sun from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Guests arriving later are asked to contact the hotel in advance to collect keys. The log cabins are self-catering accommodation, which means that they have kitchenettes in which you can of course also cook for yourself in addition to the half-board meals. In addition, there is no daily cleaning in the log cabins; this is only carried out by housekeeping after 7 days.
