In 2020, the IFA Park was again certified with 5 family stars until 2023. Since 2000, the holiday park has been making increased efforts to offer high-quality family offers. Since then, work has been continuously carried out to improve the family-friendly facilities and service. The certification protocol now confirms that 59 mandatory and 55 of 61 optional criteria have been met. Highlights include an adventure playground, a designed children's birthday corner, children's play areas in all restaurants, family service packages with toys and children's items to borrow, and children's toilets. IFA Schöneck Hotel & Holiday Park is attractive all year round for families with large and small children and also has many offers for grandma, grandpa and grandchildren, true to the motto: "Great holidays for young and old!" Check-in in the apartments is only possible from 5 p.m. Bed linen and towels only on arrival. No linen change. Ski service is on site instead of in the house.
