Our house is situated in a unique location directly on the shore of Lake Zell. The city center and the train station of Zell am See can be reached in 15 minutes on foot via the lake promenade. Summer: Next to the house there is a windsurf center and a sports facility with soccer field, skate park with half pipe, basketball and beach volleyball court. Every week we organize joint hikes, a barbecue in the garden by the lake and fishing from the shore. The caught fish are smoked afterwards, and it tastes good! Winter: The nearby Areit gondola is 3 minutes away by car. You can also reach the Areit cable car by ski bus.
