The Rosenhof & Birkenhof guesthouse is located in the heart of the Zillertal, near the center of the largest and most active resort in the valley, the town of Mayrhofen. In the main house Birkenhof we offer friendly and timelessly furnished guest rooms with all comforts for a relaxing and eventful stay in the mountains. These rooms are available for 2 to 3 people and are equipped with satellite TV, safe and balcony. The offer of the house is rounded off by a delicious breakfast buffet which is served in the cozy parlors. The heart between the two houses Rosenhof & Birkenhof is the wonderful, newly designed garden with NATURAL POND and biotope area, rustic SAUNA HOUSE (Finnish sauna in summer only on request and for a fee), children's playground, beautiful recreation areas, terraces and sun loungers. A special plus offer in summer for the guests of our house - daily free admission to the outdoor pool in Mayrhofen and to the summer world Hippach. In the Rosenhof we offer very nice, new and modern furnished apartments with complete equipment for 2 to 5 or 4 to 9 persons in a size from 45 to 83 m² for self-catering. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen-living room (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, comfortable dining area), 1 to 2 bathrooms and offer in all bedrooms SAT-TV and safe. Each of the apartments offers access to a balcony or a private terrace. Due to our optimal location we offer proximity to all leisure activities, cable cars, public transport, restaurants and stores, as well as the congress center, and yet we are surrounded by beautiful greenery.
