Discover exotic plants, huge palm trees, tree orchids and mangrove swamps. The Ohana reopened in April 2024. For guests who have booked an OHANA Comfort PLUS room, check-in takes place directly in the OHANA Town building at the reception there. You drive past the main entrance and turn right at the end of the hall. In front of the building, unload your luggage and park your car in one of the parking spaces on site. Go on a culinary journey of discovery in 5 restaurants. Choose from fish and meat dishes in the "Palm Beach" restaurant with a view of the South Seas. Opt for the "Sawadee" with an international buffet. Various traditional Thai dishes are served in the "Aroi Dee". The Mondial Food Court is inspired by street food from around the world: salads, wraps, burgers, pizza and a vegetarian option are on the menu. You can experience the fascination of Singapore with typical local specialties in the "Singapore Tree". The Tropical Islands offers a tropical adventure and sauna landscape including a water slide tower and the Amazonia outdoor area. AMAZONIA opening times: until August from 10 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., in September from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. and from October from 11 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (Subject to change and temporary closure due to weather or repairs possible). Whitewater River closed from June 3rd, 2024 to June 26th, 2024 inclusive. Special attractions: Jungle Splash: At over 650 square meters, with a total height of over 15 m, 8 slides and many additional play options, it is one of the largest water playgrounds in Germany. And the best thing: parents can slide too. Over 300 meters of slides guarantee endless water fun. In total there are around 100 play options: from water pistols to an adventure climbing net, there is everything. Kraki Beach - water playground for small children: let your children go on a discovery tour not far from the South Seas! The pink giant octopus, a particularly large and friendly resident, is particularly eye-catching. A submarine is anchored at the edge, with colorful fish swimming past its portholes. 3 slides, 2 shallow water pools, waterfall, 2 water cannons and many other small water attractions. Surf simulator "Pororoca" (summer operation only): different levels of difficulty can be created on the surf wave. Children and beginners as well as professionals get their money's worth here. Use is for swimmers aged 8 and over (for a fee). Parking: The Tropical Islands area has numerous paid parking spaces. The fee per driveway in the immediate vicinity of the hall is EUR 7, the fees for parking spaces P2 and P3 are each EUR 4 and are valid until 1 a.m. the following day. Free parking spaces can be found directly behind the entrance to the Tropical Islands site. Parking spaces in the holiday home park are free of charge. From here, a shuttle bus goes directly to the hall.
