The Residence Baia Marina is a comfortable complex of 16 flats located in a strategic position: it is in fact close to the centre of Orosei and its services, with bars, shops and typical restaurants. The recently built flats are furnished in typical Sardinian style and set out on four floors (ground, first, second and third). The property is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina from the centre of Orosei (about 800 metres), all with kitchenette, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower. The Premium flats also have a comfortable furnished terrace from which to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean maquis. It is the ideal starting point for exploring both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the characteristic Sardinian hinterland, which offers the opportunity for wonderful excursions. There is convenient private parking in front of the Residence. Reception office at Hotel Baia Marina, in via Del Mare 112 (about 50 m). Services included: utility fees (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for not disposing the waste), air conditioning, unattended parking.
