Our new 4-star hotel is being built in Linz at the corner of Donaulände and Gruberstraße. The new hotel, with 189 rooms and suites, will be the group's sixth in Austria and currently the thirteenth overall. The hotel will be built on the site of the former Tabakfabrik Linz. A seminar center will be available for seminar guests. The hotel's highlight will be the sky restaurant, over 100 meters above the ground, with a terrace and bar.
